Elise Kelly Lewis
Director of Media Optimization & Strategy
As Director of Media Optimization & Strategy for Deep Root Analytics, Elise optimizes the efficiency and effectiveness of paid media for political campaigns and committees. She was the first employee to join Deep Root in 2013 and has worked to bring innovations in media targeting to many top-tier Senate, Gubernatorial, and down-ballot campaigns. Prior to joining Deep Root, Elise worked on the Mitt Romney for President Campaign in 2012. There, she was a member of the data analytics team, which specialized in analytics and strategy surrounding paid media and polling. Before working on the Romney Campaign, Elise was a Senior Analyst at TargetPoint Consulting, a GOP microtargeting firm.
Named a Rising Star by Campaigns & Elections Magazine, Elise’s skills include data analytics and data visualization as well as message testing and development. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Government Studies and a minor in Women and Gender Studies from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She lives in Alexandria with her husband, Jarrett, and two dogs, Jackson and Duncan.
